The drive up State Freeway forty nine to StillWaters, after we obtained off Interstate eighty five, was scenic, and there was not a lot traffic. It was a cool day; nevertheless, it was sunny, the corporate was great, and we love boat rides! We enjoyed a clean experience with beautiful scenery. The first four pictures below have been taken whereas we have been on Lake Martin.
Once we left StillWaters, we took AL-50/Martin Dam Highway instead of State Freeway forty nine, so that we might drive by the dam and cease for an overlook view of the lake. We observed many flowering timber along State Freeway 50, which we had not seen the day before on State Freeway 49.
